Bonds Ellis Welcomes Tave Parker Doty as Partner in Fort Worth Office

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Bonds Ellis Eppich Schafer Jones LLP is pleased to announce that Tave Parker Doty has joined the firm as a partner in its Fort Worth office, where she is a member of the firm’s corporate practice group.

“I’m excited to join Bonds Ellis and continue building my practice in Fort Worth,” Doty said. “This community has shaped who I am, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve clients here while contributing to the continued growth of the firm.”

Doty advises companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors on complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. She guides deals from structuring through closing and is known for translating complex legal issues into practical business solutions. She also advises on corporate governance and general corporate matters, supporting clients’ strategic growth objectives.

Doty joins Bonds Ellis from Winstead PC and brings a distinctive blend of legal and analytical expertise to her practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree, as well as both a master’s degree and Ph.D. in statistics from Baylor University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.

A Fort Worth resident for more than a decade, Doty has deep ties to the community, with family roots dating back to the 1800s and origins in Grandview, Texas. Her husband, James Nichols, works in the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. Outside of her legal practice, she is active in the region’s agricultural and western heritage community, having grown up working with horses and show cattle, and is now preparing to compete in ranch horse events. She is involved in the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo and is a member of the AgTrust Young, Beginning and Small Farmer Advisory Board, and enjoys clay shooting and playing golf.

With her unique academic background, strong transactional experience, and deep ties to the Fort Worth community, Doty further strengthens Bonds Ellis’s ability to provide high-quality legal services and trusted counsel to clients across the region.
