She earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she completed a Business Law concentration. During her time at SMU, she was the Associate Managing Editor of the International Law Review Association, served as the Director of Events of the Energy Law Association, and participated in the Corporate Counsel Externship Program. Prior to law school, she received here B.A. magna cum laude, in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi.

Outside of the office, Karlee enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking. Her favorite place to travel is to the Grove for an Ole Miss football game.
