Bryan Prentice

Senior Associate

Bryan’s practice includes representation of unsecured and secured creditors in business reorganization and associated litigation, including preference and fraudulent transfer actions.

His practice also routinely includes mediating and litigating commercial matters from contract disputes, lien enforcement actions, and commercial torts. He has extensive experience arguing motions for summary judgment and in discovery practice, as well as second-chair trial experience.

Bryan has also served as counsel to bankruptcy trustees and creditors’ committees in numerous bankruptcy proceedings.

Prior to graduating law school, Bryan served as an intern at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
