BAILEY C. POMPEA represents both debtors and creditors in all aspects of Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 litigation matters. Her broader litigation experience includes state and federal proceedings related to construction, collections, contracts, real estate and business disputes.

Bailey has considerable litigation experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.  She primarily focuses her practice on representing creditors, creditor committees, trustees and debtors in contested litigation in bankruptcy proceedings in multiple jurisdictions, particularly in Chapter 11 reorganizations.  This includes adversary proceedings, including nondischargeability and avoidance actions, routine and complex contested matters, confirmation hearings, and other related bankruptcy proceedings. 

Bailey also represents clients in state and federal courts with respect to general business litigation matters from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings, with a particular focus on business, contract, collections, real estate and construction litigation. 

Bailey was born and raised in Flower Mound, Texas. After graduating from Austin College in Sherman, Bailey moved to Denver, Colorado, where she attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and obtained both her J.D. and LLM in International Business Transactions. After practicing general civil and bankruptcy litigation in Colorado and California for over ten years, Bailey moved back to the DFW metroplex to be closer to her family. Outside of her legal practice, Bailey is an avid traveler and food blogger.
