Adam Bowling

ASSOCIATE

ADAM BOWLING focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity structuring/reorganizations, company financing, commercial contracting, and general business matters for public and private companies, including clients backed by private equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining Bonds Ellis, Adam worked at two international law firms, primarily advising life sciences, technology, and environmental law clients. He has also worked as in-house counsel for a nonprofit organization and served as an intern for Justice David E. Nahmias of the Supreme Court of Georgia, at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, and for the nonprofit Mercy Ships.
