Tiffany Self
OF COUNSELTIFFANY SELF’s practice is focused on estate planning, including the formation of wills, trusts and other forms of wealth protection, estate administration, and estate litigation, including contested probate matters.
Tiffany began her career in Dallas, Texas where she practiced estate litigation, as well as estate planning (trusts, estate tax returns, family limited partnerships), probate and guardianships. After moving to Fort Worth, she practiced in all areas of insurance related litigation (serving as lead and managing counsel), personal injury/wrongful death, labor and employment law, commercial litigation, as well as trust/estate litigation, wills and probate. With extensive experience in these areas, Tiffany offers problem solving and cost-effective solutions to a wide range of clients. This custom approach allows her to address a corporate or individual client’s legal circumstance and help them achieve their goals.
Tiffany is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (admitted in 1999), the Northern District of Texas (admitted in 2000) and the U.S. Supreme Court (admitted in 2007). She is certified as attorney ad litem in probate matters. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Tiffany’s professional memberships include the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, and Texas Bar Foundation (Life Fellow). She has served on the board for the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association (member, director, secretary/treasurer, long range planning committee) as well as the Eldon B. Mahon Inns of Court Chapter, American Inns of Court. Her honors include being presented as a Texas Super Lawyer – Rising Star by Texas Monthly and a top attorney in the Fort Worth, Texas magazine. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and participating in the Fort Worth community by serving as an elder and youth volunteer for her church, providing lunches for the Presbyterian Night Shelter and providing for the homeless with Room In The Inn. In the past, she has served as legal advisor for the board of directors of University Christian Church Week Day School, the DFW Center for Autism and Easter Seals of North Texas.
