PAUL H. FARMER, JR. is an advisor and advocate for his clients. He focuses his practice on complex litigation and data privacy. As an advocate, he represents his clients’ interests in court and through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. As an advisor, he has counseled start-ups, established companies, government agencies, and fiduciaries. He has experience across a wide variety of industries, and routinely serves as outside counsel finding real solutions to complex issues.

As a certified information privacy professional accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Paul offers insight and experience to assist his clients in adapting and responding to the ever-changing data privacy landscape. From implementing privacy policies to data breach response, Paul can be a resource for your business.

During law school, Paul served on the board of the Journal of Business & Technology Law. Prior to entering private practice, he worked for the Honorable Clayton Greene Jr. of the Maryland Court of Appeals and the Honorable Kendra Y. Ausby at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
