He has represented creditors in complex Chapter 11 cases in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Mississippi, Alaska, New York, Delaware and other jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in representing secured and unsecured creditors, official committees, trustees, plan administrators, contract counter-parties, asset purchasers, plan sponsors and other parties-in-interest in restructuring matters, including energy industry bankruptcies.

Ken also represents clients in state and federal court litigation, including appeals, arbitration matters and in asset acquisitions and divestitures and other transactional matters, including drafting agreements for oil and gas operating companies and oilfield service and drilling companies, both onshore and offshore.
