Ken Green
PartnerKen’s practice is focused on complex corporate restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts and litigation matters, primarily involving energy companies.
He has represented creditors in complex Chapter 11 oil and gas cases in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Colorado, Alaska, New York, Delaware and other jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in representing secured and unsecured creditors, official committees, trustees and other significant parties-in-interest in energy industry bankruptcies.
Ken also represents clients in state and federal court litigation, including appeals, and in oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures and other transactional matters.
