Tave is a partner in the firm’s corporate practice, advising companies, owners, and investors on complex transactions. Her experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, minority investments, and joint ventures across a range of industries, including health care, real estate, technology, agriculture, oil and gas, and insurance.

She works on transactions from initial structuring through closing, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and guiding clients through negotiation, due diligence, and execution. She is valued for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions in fast-moving deal environments.

In addition to transactional matters, Tave advises clients on corporate governance, disclosure obligations, and general corporate issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of a business. She work closely with other lawyers and client leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and long-term operational objectives.

A Fort Worth resident for more than a decade, Tave has deep ties to the community, with family roots dating back to the late 1800s and origins in Grandview, Texas. She is involved in the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo and is a member of the AgTrust Young, Beginning and Small Farmer Advisory Board and The Junior League of Fort Worth.
