Welcoming to the Firm: Will Mabry, Partner
Bonds Ellis Eppich Schafer Jones LLP is pleased to welcome Will Mabry to the firm as a transactional partner in our Houston office. Will adds depth and support to the firm’s corporate, real estate and restructuring practice areas.
Between his time serving as a corporate partner in an international law firm’s Houston office and as in-house counsel for a national developer of luxury apartment complexes, Will brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, real estate development (including construction contracts, development agreements and property management agreements), private equity portfolio company management and general corporate governance. He has represented public and private companies, private equity firms and family offices in a wide range of corporate legal matters, from day-to-day outside general counsel services to transformative M&A transactions.
Will obtained his undergraduate degrees in Government and Sports Management from The University of Texas at Austin, and his JD from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
