Will Mabry
PARTNERWILL MABRY helps businesses and individuals execute complex corporate transactions and solve their day-to-day challenges. Between his experience at large law firms and in house, Will has partnered with clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy (both oil/gas and renewables), technology, infrastructure and real estate. In his ten years of practice, Will has advised public and private companies, private equity firms and family offices on a wide swath of corporate and transactional matters.
Will’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity portfolio company formation and management, commercial real estate development/construction, employment matters, corporate governance, securities laws compliance, commercial contracting and general corporate matters. He has substantial experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in all stages of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
