Nathaniel D. Cho


Nathan focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, securities, finance, entity structuring/reorganizations, corporate governance, and general transactional/commercial matters for a wide range of clients across various industries, including private equity firms, family offices, sponsor-backed portfolio companies, SMEs, and large privately-held enterprises.

His prior experience also includes domestic and international tax planning for privately-held companies and ultra-high net worth families—including tax-free reorganizations and tax-efficient asset/equity acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate structuring.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathan worked at Chamberlain Hrdlicka where his practice focused on tax-efficient entity structuring/reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and estate, wealth, and business succession planning matters.

During law school, Nathan worked as a summer associate and legal extern for various public companies in-house in New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco spanning the beauty products, real estate, and biotechnology/pharmaceutical sectors.
